All orders are dispatched next business day. Exception, if orders are placed after 12pm EST on Friday, it will then be dispatched the following Monday as Saturday and Sunday does not count as a "business day" for us. 

For local customers

-Send us an email to help@vintagedepotcanada.com with your order number in the subject line and we will give you further instructions on the return process at the store

For international customers

-Send us an email to help@vintagedepotcanada.com with your order number in the subject line and we will guide you through the return process

You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving your order. a List of conditions for return and exchanges are in place below.

-all orders must be in the same condition from when it was mailed out

-all orders must not be damaged

-all orders must have the original tag attached to the item(s) 

-buyer is responsible for the return postage costs
